We created a call sheet for every day which we were filming on. These contain:  

• The time which we will start to film

• The date of the filming

• The address to the location

• The contact details (emails) including the Year 6 teacher who we were working with

• The weather forecast (as we were filming outside for almost all of the time in which we were filming)

• The equipment which we need

• facilities that are available in the locations

• Which scenes we needed to film

• Health and safety notes from the location
