CONTACT WITH THE SCHOOL
After having multiple meetings with the Year 6 teacher and confirming that we were able to complete our project with the class, we then had to write up a letter to send out to the parents of the pupils' to get their permission for them to be on film. Luckily, we got every letter returned so everyone pupil in the class had permission to be on film in our project music video.
Firstly, at the start of our project we had to email the headteacher of the Primary School. The email basically summed up what our project is about and what we hope to do.
Throughout the last couple months, we have been keeping contact with the school and the Year 6 teacher.
We've been keeping in touch with the school because we had to keep on organising what days and times we would go in to film with the class.
